Sodium's exceptional thermal conductivity, coupled with its high boiling point, enables these reactors to operate at high-temperature conditions safely, without pressurizing the system. However, sodium's propensity to solidify at ambient temperatures presents challenges for utilizing conventional pressure measurement techniques, necessitating the innovation of specialized pressure transmitters. Furthermore, leak detection systems are also important in sodium systems that cannot be allowed external sodium leaks due to a fire risk. This talk will introduce the development of advanced measurement techniques in pressure transmitters and leak detection systems.</span></p>
